We currently ship across India so that matcha lovers nationwide can enjoy Bliss. For international delivery requests, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, your order typically reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
    Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

3. Shipping Fees

A standard shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable on all orders.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can monitor the status directly on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Packaging & Handling

Every Bliss order is packed with care to protect the freshness and flavor of our matcha. We use airtight, protective packaging to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage during transit.

6. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted courier services to provide secure and timely deliveries. Partners may vary depending on your location to optimize speed and reliability.

7. Failed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery up to two more times. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange next steps.

8. Shipping Limitations

Certain remote locations may fall outside our serviceable areas due to logistical restrictions. If we are unable to deliver to your address, our team will inform you promptly after you place your order.

9. Possible Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the promised timelines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, strikes, or lockdowns) may cause delays. Should this occur, we’ll keep you updated on your order status.
